Refund policy
Returns:
All our products are non– returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.
Returns will be only accepted if the product/s received by the customer are damaged/ defective or incorrectly shipped.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application are not covered under our refund policy.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on connect@fathaa.com within SEVEN days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. The email should include particulars of the order and a picture of the product/s in question along with description of damage/ reason for seeking return or replacement.
Upon receipt of the return request, our team will evaluate it and coordinate with you for further process. The product in question should be received by us in its original packaging along with the invoice.
Courier charges for incorrect shipments/damaged or defective products received will be borne by Fathaa.com
Refund/ Replacement of product/s in such cases will be subject to inspection and checking by our QC team.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/ replacement was approved or not. If approved, your funds will be refunded to you in 10 – 15 business days. In case of purchases made via Cash on Delivery method, customer will be required to share bank details to receive the approved refund
Cancellation:
Cancellations once shipment is made is not possible. For cancellation prior to shipment, please contact our customer service at connect@fathaa.com
